As Senior Video Editor and Technical Director, he not only rose through the ranks but also became a mentor and a driving force behind the next generation of media professionals. His commitment to training and development has ensured that the industry continues to evolve and thrive.

As part of an award-winning team at JIS, he played a pivotal role in crafting the critically acclaimed feature 'Haiti in Distress,' which earned the prestigious Best Human Interest Television Feature Award from the Press Association of Jamaica at their National Journalism Awards.
