With a career spanning over two decades in the competitive world of broadcasting, he has not only left an indelible mark but continues to inspire and captivate audiences with his unique voice and perspective.


From humble beginnings in sports, he embarked on a journey that would take him to the pinnacle of success. His innate curiosity and passion for storytelling led him to excel in feature writing, human interest work, and hard news, making him one of the most sought-after journalists in the industry. His exceptional storytelling ability and knack for crafting compelling narratives earned him a prestigious award for the documentary 'Portrait of a Mother', a testament to his exceptional talent.

But his journey didn't stop there. He continued to push beyond the boundaries. One notable achievement was the development of an innovative software system to score live broadcasts, which was implemented for the following:


  • School Challenge Quiz  

  • Red Stripe Cup Regional Cricket

  • Senior League Netball


This pioneering work showcased his dedication to leveraging technology to enhance the viewing experience. His dedication and resourcefulness are a testament to his ability to think outside the box and stay ahead of the curve.

As a producer and presenter for TVJ, he took his skills to new heights, hosting shows like News at Ten and Smile Jamaica, and even stepping in as a relief presenter for Michael Sharpe's Prime Time News. His versatility and adaptability shone through as he navigated different roles with ease, from news editor at Nationwide News Network to anchor/producer at CVM, where he covered high-profile events, including the 2016 general elections and the funeral of Edward Seaga.


His ability to stay at the forefront of the industry has earned him a reputation as a leading journalist and communications expert. Currently, he serves as the Director of Public Relations and Corporate Communications at the Ministry of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport, leveraging his skills to drive positive change and promote cultural excellence.


But his work extends beyond the confines of the media landscape. A dedicated educator, he has shared his expertise with the next generation, lecturing on writing for television news and presentation techniques at Carimac. As the presenter of the popular one-on-one interview program 'Reggae Conversations', he continues to captivate audiences with his thoughtful and incisive approach, shedding light on the stories and experiences that shape our world.

His story is one of inspiration and a shining example of what can be achieved through perseverance, hard work and passion for storytelling.
