A Champion of Jamaican Talent

Ossie Harvey was a key figure within the radio production unit of the Jamaica Broadcasting Corporation (JBC), where he played an instrumental role in promoting young talent and advancing Jamaican music. Harvey was particularly known for his support of emerging artists, including the iconic Mickey Dread Campbell, who was affectionately known as 'Dread at the Controls.'
