Pioneering Activist and Broadcaster

Beverley Anderson-Manley, a prominent journalist and broadcaster in Jamaica, has made significant contributions to the island's media landscape while passionately advocating for women's and children's rights during the 1970s and 1980s. As an influential figure in post-independence Jamaica, she played a vital role in shaping the nation's identity alongside her husband, Prime Minister Michael Manley.

Known for her innovative transformation workshops in corporate Jamaica, Beverley Anderson-Manley has helped individuals and organisations alike. Her work extends beyond traditional activism; she is an international speaker and author, continuing to inspire others through her teachings. 


In addition to her accomplishments in activism, she is a dedicated researcher and avid reader, designing her wardrobe and finding joy in home renovations. An engaging entertainer, she also expresses herself through mime and embraces a deeply spiritual lifestyle, practising daily meditation. Beverley Anderson-Manley's legacy is marked by her unwavering commitment to positive change and her belief in solutions over problems.
